TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

Studio Bookings for Full, Day and Half Day rates.

 

A deposit based on 1/3 the estimated studio time booked, is payable before the commencement of the session, and must be made when the session date is booked and confirmed.

 

The balance of the account is payable on completion of the session, and must be paid in full before any tapes or digital media is handed over to the client.

 

Payments can be made by cheque or cash.

 

Cancellations

 

For cancellations of a day session, 2 days notice must be given prior to session commencement. Where insufficient notice is given, forfeiture of the deposit will apply.

 

If session dates are re-booked to an available date, no penalty will apply and deposits are maintained for that session by the studio.

 

 

Session Duration

 

We reserve the right to restrict session duration to the time indicated when booked, i.e. if you book 10 hours then there can be no more unless by the discretion of the studio or controlling engineer to continue, and then this would be charged accordingly.

 

We also reserve the right to restrict session duration to a maximum of 10 hours, including meal breaks unless prior arrangements have been made with the studio.

 

Client Data Safety

 

In the case of computer data, all multitrack data is backed up to a pair of external hard drives, making this a fast and efficient method of retrieving session files.
